Elips Makina was established in 2009 to meet the production demands of snack product manufacturers. Our main goal is to produce turnkey facilities with the basic principle of minimum workforce, maximum production.
- The fully automatic wafer baking oven is designed to accommodate different capacities of up to 36-95 molds and up to 46 wafer sheets per minute. It is made of heavy steel with a quality that will withstand harsh production conditions.
- Production is carried out in the desired thickness and size according to customer demand.
- The entire body of wafer baking molds is made of ductile iron material. The baking molds are 1st Class chrome plated.
- Depending on customer demand, cooking can be done with LNG or LPG.
- The insulation of the wafer baking chambers is carried out with 100 mm plate rock wool.
- All covers and outer surfaces of the wafer baking oven are made of AISI-304 quality chrome material.
