Elips Makina was established in 2009 to meet the production demands of snack product manufacturers. Our main goal is to produce turnkey facilities with the basic principle of minimum workforce, maximum production.
- It is the unit that spreads cream with or without granules in the desired thickness and weight on the wafer sheets coming from the sheet cooling unit.
- It has variants that perform the folding in the desired number of block layers and can produce single color, double color or three color cream versions according to customer demand.
- The spreading units are designed to be adjustable in height and speed according to the cream type, temperature and type.
- The folding system can be equipped with pneumatic or servo systems according to customer demand.
- The unit monitors each leaf coming from the cooling system separately with sensors. There are separate bypass points at the entrance and exit of the unit.
- Each block leaving the unit is inspected at the weighing station, blocks that are out of tolerance are automatically sorted at bypass points before the block cooling unit.
- The entire body has an aluminum chassis and AISI 304 quality stainless steel contact surfaces.
- The desired number of block layers, icing colors and types can be easily adjusted from the operator panel and no format changes are required.
